Returns / Refunds - League and Legends
We will accept the return of items for change of mind, but only if unused, tags still attached and within 7 days of delivery. Returns can be for store credit or exchange, Freight charges will apply. Special order Items will not be accepted for change of mind return. Any faulty/broken items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving it.
This is in addition to your rights under the Trade Practices Act to the remedy of defective goods or goods that are not as described on our web site. The 7 days change of mind policy does not apply to returns under the Trade Practices Act.
To make a return within the allowed 7 days for Change of Mind:
First, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure we agree that your item is returnable. This is also to let us know to watch for your return in the mail. No returns can be accepted unless you email us first and we agree to accept the return.
In your email, also tell us whether you want a store credit or exchange and what your REFERENCE number was on your order.
FACE MASKS- In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for sizing, fit, change of mind, or returns. We will not exchange or refund on face masks.
GRAND FINAL/PREMIERSHIP RANGE- We will not accept exchange, change of mind or returns on Grand Final/Premiership Range.
Shipping cost of the returned items is the responsibility of the customer. You should also ask the post office for a delivery confirmation label. If we don't receive the goods, we can't offer the refund, so its definitely a good idea to use delivery confirmation - It will not be free shipping to send the exchange back to you. Make sure when you send the item to us that you have organised us to SIGN for it otherwise any item lost while trying to return to us isn't our responsibility.
We do not Refund on change of mind. We will refund if the stock item you have ordered online is no longer available.

Standard delivery fee for orders is $10 AUD.
Depending on stock available, all orders leave our store within 48 hours of processing payment. We do ask that you allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, but in most cases orders ar lodged with FASTWAY OR Austrailia Post within 2 - 7 working days.
If there is a problem with stock availability on certain product(s) in your order, we will contact you to let you know.
If you have been notified that an item is on back order, we will send your item as soon as it becomes available.
Express Delivery option is available but you have to contact us via phone first- if something is urgent you can always call us on (02) 42978870 and pay extra to make sure its sent express post.
Shipping costs are not refundable for returns.
